The Job Offer Editor provides a user-friendly interface for crafting and fine-tuning job offers. Users can write, edit, and modify their job offers with ease, ensuring that the content aligns perfectly with Mantu’s recruitment standards.
3. AI Assistant
The dedicated AI Assistant is a game-changer in job offer creation. It is trained to assist users in several ways:
- Better Wording and Phrasing: The AI can suggest improvements in wording and phrasing to enhance the quality and professionalism of the job offer.
- Examples and Explanations: Users can receive real-time examples or explanations for specific sections of the job offer, ensuring clarity and informativeness.
Job Offer Sharing
The Job Offer Factory allows users to share job offers effortlessly. Users can create a short-term stored version of their job offer, which remains accessible for 7 days. This feature simplifies collaboration and review processes with colleagues or external partners.
Future Release Preview
As an experimental feature, the Job Offer Factory includes a “Fake Publish” button. While not functional at this time, this button is a glimpse into the future release, where recruiters will have the capability to publish job offers directly to Mantu’s network and internal applications, streamlining the hiring process even further.
